* Your place on the trip is confirmed by the booking fee paid, full fee is paid no later than 20 days before departure.
* If the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' travel recommendations are changed to include Italy as a country to which the advice applies, the trip may be canceled with a full refund.
* If the traveler or close relatives are exposed by Covid-19, the trip may be canceled free of charge if a DOCTOR'S CERTIFICATE confirms the permit.
When you book a trip with Saras Italy, you will receive a booking confirmation of your booked trip, pay the booking fee and on the agreed date the remaining amount, payment via invoice sent by email unless otherwise agreed. You enter into an agreement as described below.
We urge you to be insured for any accidents, usually your own home insurance is enough, but since many of our trips include outdoor activities, we ask you to double check. To make a possible hospital visit as easy as possible, we want you to bring your EU healthcare card that you request from the Swedish Social Insurance Agency.
