Once a year we dedicate the trip to GIRLS ONLY, we do as we want and we have so much fun!
You should have a great Mountain bike training and enjoy challenging yourself on trails that are in a Bike park or singletracks with stones, steps and drops. If you like that - you will love the Orobie Alps!
We sleep at charming B&B's, refugees and hotels. We move by bike and shuttle between the best trails the Orobie Alps and the Brembana valley. Here we mix up going with great views overlooking the green fields and the mountain sky line. The downhill has its focus on technical and natural trails. We go all together with our great local guides and plenty of time. To these adventurous days, we add a nice hang out with good food, good drinks and a well-deserved end to our great Termal bath - Spa QC Terme in San Pellegrino Terme.

PROGRAM FOR THE TRIP

Day 1, ARRIVAL IN VAL BREMBANA
Transfer from our nearby airports on the day of arrival. About 18.00, short reconciliation for the coming days and dinner together at one of the village's local restaurants.
Food incl: Welcome dinner 2 dishes, table wine, water, coffee

Day 2, STEPS AND STAIRS, DECLINES AND COFFEE
We meet our guides, check off our bikes and set off for a day of biking where we try the height meters, winding single tracks and end in the villages for coffee and good lunch. We bike on the old trade routes and donkey paths from the early 15th century and enjoy heights of 2000 m. We divide the group when needed to give you challenges according to your own level. Afternoon gives you time to relax at the hotel and those who want to join the pride of the village, the small cheese dairy for a small guided tour and tasting of the range.

Day 3, OROBIE ALPS AND ONE NIGHT IN RIFUGIO, MOUNTAIN HUT
After breakfast we pack an overnight bag, the rest of the luggage stays at the hotel. We go up into the mountains for a full day bike ride on wonderful altitude meters, paths and roads. Enduro cycling for those who want and challenge, white roads with curves and more flow for those who want. We make the best use of nature, paths, pastures and hiking trails. Balconyroads are a common feature that can give a breathtaking feeling in the stomach. Challenging surfaces such as gravel and stone are common. In the afternoon we arrive tired and pleased to our mountain hut, "Rifugio". We sleep in dormitories, ladies and gentlemen. Time for relaxation, something good to drink and dinner in the evening.

Day 4, DOWN TO THE VALLEY THROUGH WINDING PATHS, NARROW VALLEY AND SMALL VILLAGES END UP WITH LUXURY SPA-NIGHT
We wake up with the mountains outside the door and with the bikes ready, we take on another wonderful cycling day. Challenges on different levels, balconyroads, singletracks and these amazing views. The slopes are steep and challenging but the view is stunningly beautiful. We cycle all the way to lunch and fill up with energy to take us back to Branzi. Our shuttle is with us and shuttles those who want to rest their legs and the others cycle all the way back. Back in San Pellegrino Terme you have a full night at Spa QC Terme with pools, saunas and sparkling Prosecco!

Day 5, DEPARTURE AND TRANSFER TO AIRPORT AND TRAIN STATION
After breakfast at the hotel you check out and leave in good time for the airport for return. Transfers to nearby airports are included on the day of departure. If you want extra nights or other options on your trip, we are happy to help you.

GIRLS O THE TRAILS 2024

MINIMUM NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS
We seldom cancel trips because we arrange them because we love to bike in the mountains ourselves. In the unlikely event that we cancel a trip, the traveler will be offered to choose another trip or cancel the trip and get all the money back, including the registration fee. If the trip is canceled, this will be announced no later than 30 days before departure.
PROGRAM CHANGES The
program may change due to external circumstances such as the weather's suitability for the activity
ACCOMMODATION
We stay at B&B or familiar hotels. In the mountains we stay at Rifugio or B&B. A simpler accommodation, it includes sheets & towels.  The Rifugio and B&B are often run by families who live and work in the area. For the evening's dinner, dishes are prepared with products from the area.
RENTAL BIKES
For the best experience on this trip, we use bicycles of the type E-bikes, full suspension by the brand Specialized Levo (or similar). This gives us all the conditions to bike both long and hard without putting too much energy into getting to the top and we have a really good bike for our challenging slopes. In Valle Brembana there are no lift systems to use - we often bike up into the mountains. You bring private equipment such as knee pads, elbow pads, helmet and pedals. Feel free to contact us for questions.
INSURANCE
Do not forget to check your insurance so-called "accident insurance" for any damage on the rental bike.  These possible damages are paid in full on site at a recommended workshop. Before you leave your home country, you will be offered a bicycle insurance from our bicycle shop. It does not apply to theft.
Private accident insurance is mandatory, which includes MTB activity. Please bring your EU healthcare card, which you will receive from your local country authorities.
TRAVEL TO ITALY The
The trip to Italy is not included, you choose flight, train or car from any airport. Ryanair flies to Bergamo Orio al Serio, Milan Linate and Milan Malpensa has many international departures.
COVID-19
We strictly adhere to laws and recommendations that prevail within the country and we recommend that you read and keep updated before departure from your country on current rules in Italy.
We recommend that you always book a flight with rebooking or cancellation protection.
Your experience with SarasItaly is, due to Covid-19, fully cancellable up to 20 days before arrival.
If the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' travel recommendations are changed to include Italy as a country to which the dissuasion applies, the trip may be canceled with a full refund.
If the traveler or close relatives are exposed by Covid-19, the trip may be canceled free of charge if a DOCTOR'S CERTIFICATE confirms the permit.
